5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Services are billed according to the agreed-upon pricing structure
• Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with JOJO Tech Solution remain our exclusive property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of your business information and data. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared with us in the course of providing our services. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOJO Tech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
